PANO - The 10th Mass Art Festival for the Armed Forces, Youth, and Students in 2024 held at the Southern branch of the Military Theater in Ho Chi Minh City sees the participation of 927 artists from 24 art troupes from the military, the public security force, and various universities.

With the theme "80 years of timeless resounding epic songs," the festival aims to evaluate the results of mass art movements at the grassroots level, provide opportunities for units within and outside the military to exchange experience, and identify ways to enhance the quality of the movements in the future.
