Sports Festival and Ethnic Groups’ Cultural Day held in Tuyen Quang

The festival featured a wide range of traditional sports and mass-participation competitions, such as tug-of-war, stick pushing, crossbow shooting, stilt walking, etc., and athletics.

Alongside the sporting activities, the cultural day also provided an opportunity for ethnic groups in the area to exchange, tighten solidarity, and showcase their traditional identities through costumes, cuisine, languages, folk songs, and distinctive customs.

Through the Sports Festival and Cultural Day, the commune continued to promote the movement of physical training in line with President Ho Chi Minh’s example, improve the spiritual life of people, and contribute to preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities in border areas.
