Nearly 100 Belarusian artists to perform in Vietnam
PANO - According to the information released by Ho Guom Opera on April 19, nearly 100 artists from the Belarusian State Opera and Ballet Theater (Bolshoi Theater of Belarus) will travel to Vietnam to perform at Ho Guom Opera (Hanoi) on May 7 and 8.
Particularly, leading ballet dancers, top opera singers, and outstanding musicians from the Bolshoi Theater of Belarus will take part in the “Bella Belarus: Masterpieces of Opera and Ballet” program.

The program invites audiences into a world of timeless masterpieces such as Nessun dorma, La donna è mobile, Habanera, alongside iconic ballet excerpts from Swan Lake and Don Quixote, etc.
The Bolshoi Theater of Belarus is the country’s leading academic theater, one of the oldest institutions, and a cultural symbol as well as a source of national pride for Belarus. Built in 1933, it quickly became an iconic architectural landmark of the capital of Minsk. Over the course of its development, the theater has undergone many transformations, acquiring a modern appearance and earning recognition as one of Europe’s finest theaters today.
Over the past 90 years, the theater has served not only as a performance venue but also as a cultural institution that helps shape national identity by promoting spiritual and artistic values.
The “Bella Belarus: Masterpieces of Opera and Ballet” art program, featuring nearly 100 Belarusian artists on the stage of Ho Guom Opera, promises to deliver two remarkable evenings of performance.
