PANO – 15 gifted footballers were selected from the program “Viettel cultivates football dreams” funded by the Vietnam Military Telecommunications Group (Viettel), which took place at Military Zone 5 Stadium in Da Nang City by the City’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Nhi Dong (Children’s) Newspaper on January 12th and 13th.

These gifted footballers, aged between 9 and 11, had already passed qualifying rounds in Thai Binh, Ha Tinh, Ca Mau, Ben Tre, Dak Lak, Da Nang, Thai Nguyen, Cao Bang or Ho Chi Minh City, with strict requirements. In each locality, about 500 kids competed in real matches.

The 15 outstanding contestants will be provided with free accommodation and other expenses and essential facilities for the final round in Hanoi.
