The University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH), in cooperation with the Korean Chosun University, has opened a Korean language centre called Sejong at the Vietnamese University in Ho Chi Minh City.
This is the first Korean language training centre following the standards of the Republic of Korean in Vietnam. The Korean university is in charge of the syllabus, exams and graduate certificates for trainees.
Professors from the Korean university will also take part in teaching at the centre. The first course is expected to commence in October 2008.
The USSH is an affiliated member of the National Ho Chi Minh City University, and has established cooperation with many universities, institutes and organisations worldwide.
