PANO – Japanese coach Norimatsu Takashi will be the head coach of Vietnam’s national women football squad in the 2015-2017 period.

This information was announced at the signing ceremony by the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) and coach Norimatsu Takashi on March 4th, under the cooperation program between the VFF and the Japan Football Association (JFA).
VFF Chairman Le Hung Dung said that the Japanese coach would help the national female footballers gain best achievements at the coming regional and international tournaments.
For his part, Japanese coach Norimatsu Takashi pledged to do his utmost to improve their performance to meet the expectation of Vietnamese fans.
Born in 1968 in Hyogo, Japan, Toshiya Miura played as a footballer from 1984 to 1998 at many clubs at home and abroad, and started his career as a coach at U12 Gamba Osaka Club in 2000.
At present, he is also the Director of the Ryukyu Academy in Okinawa, Japan.
