Hoi An to host Light Festival for Lunar New Year celebration
Central coastal Quang Nam province's Hoi An City and Thai-owned Index Living Mall will jointly organize the Light Festival to welcome 2017, the Year of the Rooster.

The event will open on January 27 (Lunar New Year Eve) and wrap up on February 5 on An Hoi Bridge, the Hoai River, Kazik Park, Cau Pagoda, and other places.
Each light show is expected to last from seven to ten minutes, starting at 7pm, 8pm, and 9pm.
Nguyen Van Son, Vice Chairman of the city People’s Committee, said the event aims to attract tourists to the ancient town during Tet.
