Hai Van ancient Border Gate attracting foreign tourists
The gate, located on the boundary of Lang Co town, Phu Loc district, Thua Thien-Hue province, and Hoa Hiep Bac ward, Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city, was built during the Tran Dynasty (1225-1400) and was restored during the Minh Mang reign of the Nguyen Dynasty (1802-1945).

Thua Thien Hue and Da Nang authorities have agreed on a management plan to speed up a restoration project of the relic site, contributing to promoting local tourism.

In the coming time, the Hue Monuments Conservation Center will make investment in the restoration project of the Hai Van ancient Border Gate relic site.
