Folk culture event to launch in Central Highlands

PANO - The third Central Highlands Folk Culture Festival and Culture Tourism Week will take place in Kon Tum province from March 18th to 23rd.

The event will draw the participation of nearly 600 amateur artists and professionals from 13 art troupes of the five Central Highlands provinces of Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dac Lac, Dac Nong, and Lam Dong.

Under the theme of "A milk drop of epic," the event also featured other special activities such as the folk sculpture of wooden statues, an exhibition of the Central Highlands' cultural heritages, gong performance, a street festival entitled "Central Highlands' colourful culture," among others.
