Exhibition on Vietnamese sea and islands opens in Quang Ngai
The books and pictures exhibition on “National Sea and Islands”, take place in the central province of Quang Ngai from July 8th to 15th by the Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in response to the National Tourism Year of South-Central Coastal Phu Yen 2011.

Besides 350 exhibits on Vietnam's sea and islands including 100 relating specifically to Quang Ngai Province, there are also many royal documents and decrees relating to Vietnamese sovereignty over the Truong Sa (Spratly) and Hoang Sa (Paracel) archipelagos from the Nguyen dynasties.
