In his opening speech, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong highlighted the value of the testament, saying that the great ideological and spiritual legacy left by the late President illuminates the revolutionary cause of the Party and the country toward victory.

The testament is a heartfelt farewell of a communist, deeply imbued with national cultural identity and the spirit of the era, with its value transcending space and time, he said.

The words left by the late President mentioned important issues that needed to be addressed to ensure the revolutionary leadership role of a ruling Party, while also contributing to the victory of the Vietnamese revolution in the struggle for national independence and social progress, Dong went on.

On display are over 200 documents, images, and charts, which contribute to affirming the enduring value and vitality of President Ho Chi Minh's testament.

The exhibition gives an insight into the life and revolutionary cause of President Ho Chi Minh - Vietnam's national liberation hero and great man of culture, as well as the core content and the profound theoretical and practical value of the testament, and the efforts of the entire Party, military, and people in implementing the testament over the past 55 years.

After the exhibition, to last until September 30, the displayed content and explanations will be compiled into a video clip and posted on the website of the Presidential Palace complex to continue serving the public.
