Cultural festive day of Hoa An district’s ethnic minorities
PANO - The Hoa An district People's Committee (Cao Bang province) launched the second Cultural Festive Day of Hoa An district’s ethnic minorities in 2024 on March 3 in Nuoc Hai townlet.
The event aims to celebrate the 94th founding anniversary of the first Party Organization in Cao Bang province and Hoa An district (April 1, 1930 - 2024).

Accordingly, the event featured various activities, including traditional costume and art performances, exhibitions, and folk games. Additionally, photo and painting exhibitions and mobile book libraries were organized for free for local people.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the event, Luan Chien Cong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa An district, emphasized that the event provided an opportunity for ethnic minority groups in Hoa An district to express their love for the Party, the State, and President Ho Chi Minh. It aimed to strengthen the solidarity bloc, contributing to stabilizing political system, national defense and security; fostering exchanges among local people to share experience in preserving traditional cultural values; promoting economic development, alleviating poverty; and successful implementing of the set targets of building an increasingly innovative, developed, rich, beautiful and civilized hometown of Hoa An.

Within the festival, the local authorities and people of Hoa An District officially received the certificate recognizing the Pu Luong - Gia Cai Temple as a provincial historical site. Additionally, the People's Committee of Hoa An District honored outstanding households for their achievements to education, economic development, and ethnic culture preservation.
