PANO – The “Beethoven Number 5 Concert” will be performed at Cong Nhan (Worker) Theatre in Hanoi on April 25th and 26th at 8pm by the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra.
Accordingly, the concert will be performed by the Orchestra’s artists to promote symphonies to audiences.
Audience will have an opportunity to enjoy a bassoon concerto by Ferdinand David, the famous German composer, performed by bassoonist Van Thanh Ha, who won the first prize at the ASEAN Symphonic Band competition in Thailand in 2005, and Symphony Number 5, “the Destiny Symphony”, by the genius composer, Ludwig V. Beethoven.
The concert will be conducted by Japanese conductor Hirota Tomoyuki, who is a member of the jury of the most prestigious music competitions in Japan. He is also a famous conductor for famous recording companies, such as Victor and Octavia Records.
