PANO - About 40 aerial photos of Ho Chi Minh City by photojournalist Gian Thanh Son are on display at an exhibition at the Ly Club, 143 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, District 3, till June 21st.
The photo exhibition aims to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21st) and to raise fund to hand over scholarships to needy students in rural areas nationwide.

The photos in Son's collection are of various regions of the country, taken from several aircraft of Division 370 and its Helicopter Regiment 917, under the Air Defence and Air Force Service.
Son has set three national records with his unique photo collections. He has visited more than 80 countries as a photojournalist and has participated in various international events.
