The collection was designed by painters Vu Kim Lien, Nguyen Du (from the VPC) and Pisit Prasitthanadoon (from Thailand), consisting of two stamp patterns sold at the prices of VND 3,000 and VND 10,500, featuring the traditional puppetry of Vietnam and Thailand.
A stamp block, with four stamps with flags of the two countries intertwined, demonstrates the similatiry of the two countries' culture, customs, and solidarity.
The VPC also introduced a mobile application that can recognize postal stamps.
