The Russia-ASEAN University Forum is expected to help develop an effective educational system that provides qualified human resources serving trade and economic cooperation between Russia and ASEAN.
According to Consul General Chinh, Vietnam and Russia boast close cooperation in education, yet need to pay more attention to developing their economic and trade ties, particularly when the Vietnam – Eurasian free trade agreements is going to become effective.
