Thousands of pilgrims have flocked to Perfume Pagoda in My Duc, Hanoi, to participate in Perfume Pagoda Festival 2011 which started on February 8th.
According to the organiser, the Pagoda, around 60km southwest of Hanoi, has received more than 30,000 pilgrims a day since February 4th (the second day of the Lunar New Year).
Again this year, the organiser has well-prepared with high-quality boats to take pilgrims from Yen Wharf to Perfume Pagoda. Besides, the stably and safely operated telpher system will take them from Thien Tru to Huong Tich Cavern.
The Perfume Pagoda Festival, one of longest and grandest festivals in the year, ends in late March of the lunar calendar.
