Quang Nam launches tour to Tra Que vegetable village
PANO – The People’s Committee of Hoi An City of Quang Nam province held a ceremony on January 1 to launch a tour to Tra Que vegetable village and welcome the first visitors to the village in 2020.

This was part of the activities in the program, themed “Hoi An welcomes New Year 2020.”
During the tour to the vegetable village, 20 Italian visitors were entertained with Bai Choi songs reflecting the activities of local handicraft villages and praying for abundant crops. They also experienced local farmers’ daily activities, including watering, growing vegetables, and making beds.
The tour to Tra Que vegetable village is part of Hoi An’ and Quang Nam’s efforts to promote eco-tourism, community-based tourism, and experience tourism in the locality.
Earlier, Hoi An kicked off the “Hoi An welcomes the New Year” program and welcomed the 4.6 millionth international visitor to Quang Nam.
