More than 30 countries to participate in the Food & Hotel Vietnam 2017
PANO – The ninth international food and frink, hotel, restaurant, bakery and foodservice exhibition named Food & Hotel Vietnam (FHV) 2017 will take place from April 25 to 27 in Ho Chi Minh City, as announced at a press conference on April 12.
According to the organizing panel, held in an area of more than 10,000sq.m, FHV 2017 will feature various activities including an exhibition on technologies and production lines for the hospitality and processing industries, specialized workshops, and a coffee competition.
This year’s event attracts the participation of 510 exhibitors from more than 30 countries and territories. It also features 20 international pavilions to introduce their technologies, processing techniques and typical services.
Besides, international workshops on special subjects such as Promoting Values and Essences of Vietnamese Cuisine – Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Development Strategy in the New Era, Hotel Investment and Business in Vietnam, Commercial Kitchen - Food safety and Quality control will be held as a part of FHV 2017.
The event is a large-scale trade promotion, contributing to the development of Vietnam's food processing and tourism industry, thus helping Vietnam meet the increasing need of domestic and international tourists.
