Recalling the Vietnam-India traditional and long-lasting friendship cultivated by the late Vietnamese President Ho Chi Minh and Indian Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru, Long lauded the embassy’s assistance for a rural project in the local Cao Phong district.

Building a cultural house for Chang Trong hamlet in Hop Phong commune, the project contributes to raising residents’ living standards, he said and expressed his wish for the diplomat to serve as a bridge between Hoa Binh and Indian investors.

The ambassador said he wants to build plans to forge cooperation between the province and India’s public agencies and organizations in the fields of culture, tourism, economy, trade, education, and training.

The same day, Arya and provincial leaders attended a ceremony inaugurating the cultural house.
