Air Busan increases flights to Central Da Nang city
Air Busan, a low-cost airline of the Republic of Korea (RoK), will increase its flights to central Da Nang city of Vietnam and other cities in Asia in order to meet the growing travel demand of passengers.
Along with Da Nang, from March 31 to May 25, Air Busan will operate more flights to Nagoya and Osaka of Japan, Kaohsiung and Taipei of Taiwan, Cebu of the Philippines, and Hong Kong (China).
On the Busan-Da Nang route, four return flights will be added, raising the total number of flights between the two cities to 11 per week.
In total, Busan Air will offer an additional 26,146 tickets in the period. Detail information of the flights is available at airbusan.com.
Passengers can start booking for the added flights from March 7. Meanwhile, Air Busan has run a promotion program until March 14.
Vietnam, especially Da Nang, has become a popular destination for Korean tourists. According to the General Statistics Office, in January 2019, the number of Korean visitors to Vietnam rose 23 percent year on year, helping the RoK surpass China to become the country with the highest number of tourists to Vietnam.
