Troubled foreign tourists taken ashore
PANO – Relevant forces of Kien Hai district, Kien Giang province, successfully took three Russian tourists on Hon Tre Island in Kien Hai district ashore and handed them to the provincial Department of External Affairs on March 12.

Earlier on March 11, the three tourists, two men and a woman, travelled to the island by a self-made vehicle which went adrift at sea due to engine failure. They were saved by fishermen from Hon Tre commune.
Having been taken ashore, the tourists had their temperature checked by medical staff at the Medical Center in Kien Hai district.
In the complicated development of COVID-19, relevant agencies encourage foreign tourists to declare their health conditions.
