SHB, Man City hold training course for disadvantaged children
PANO - The Saigon-Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) and Man City Football Club co-held the fourth young leader training program in Hanoi from April 10 to 13.
This was part of a community-based football program run by Man City, in combination of on-the-pitch, distance and online trainings, for disadvantaged children around the world.
This time’s event was for 40 Vietnamese children, aged 15-17, from SOS villages in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Viet Tri, and Thai Binh.

The program aimed to use the power of football to develop leadership, teamwork and communication skills, and confidence of the youngsters to help them tackle their daily challenges.
Especially, SHB and the Citizens will organized a friendly tourney for 24 teams gathering over 200 children from SOS villages in the Northern and Central regions of Vietnam in June 2019.
As the only partnership with Man City in the Indochina, SHB in coordination with the football club has hosted a young leader training program in Vietnam since 2017.
