Chairwoman of the Association for Victims of Agent Orange (AO)/Dioxin of Bac Lieu Vo Thi Hong Thoai appreciated the fund’s contributions and assistance to local AO victims, hoping the locality will receive more support from the organisation in the time to come.

According to Thoai, there are over 10,000 people exposed to AO/dioxin in Bac Lieu, but only nearly 2,000 of them are benefiting from support policies.

In the past ten years, the association raised over 12.5 billion VND to help local AO victims and their families to cope with the difficulties in their lives.
