The competition is organized by the Youth Scientific and Technological Promotion Center (TST) for all students from 13 to 18 years old from public secondary and high schools.

Each candidate will compete in using Microsoft Word 2013, Microsoft Excel 2013 and Microsoft PowerPoint 2013. The organizing panel will select 45 candidates with the highest scores to compete in the national qualifying round of the MOSWC 2019 on March 24.

Contestants getting 700/1,000 or more points will receive Microsoft Office Specialist certificates by Microsoft.

Three first prize winners in the national competition in each skill will compete at the world finale in the United States, from July 28-31.
