As the COVID-19 pandemic is still complicated, activities will be held in-person and online in pandemic-free areas. Participants are requested to strictly observe the COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control regulations by the Health Ministry.

Presenting gifts to needy children in District 3.

Together with supporting needy children, organizers will promote education on the history of the nation, laws relating to children, the law and regulations on traffic safety, and environmental protection, contributing to building a civilized, clean and safe city for children. 

After the opening ceremony, organizers started repairing houses for needy children, presented gifts to local children and hosted an online music event for them.

Due to the COVIID-19 situation in the locality, the Ho Chi Minh municipal Youth Chapter sent its staff to hand over gifts to representatives of the Thi Nghe Support Center for Orphans and Children with Disabilities, Tam Binh Nursing Home, the municipal Center for Social Activities and Vocational Training for Teenagers, Go Vap-based OS Children's Village, Linh Xuan Support Center for Children, and the Go Vap Nursing Home, to reduce close contacts to avoid contagion of COVID-19.
