Hanoi students receive AmCham scholarships
PANO – The U.S. Ambassador to Vietnam Daniel J.Kritenbrink, the Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (Amcham) and Executive Chairman of Asian Coast Development Ltd. (ACDL) Michael Kelly have presented 20 scholarships to excellent students from 11 universities in Hanoi.

Since last September, students from Hanoi’s universities have been competing in two rounds to receive AmCham scholarships. After submitting a profile video on YouTube, completing a 30-question written application and taking an English language exam, the top 60 applicants participated in interviews with the AmCham Scholars Selection Committee.
Launched in 2009, AmCham Scholarship program, part of AmCham’s social activities, has benefited 184 Vietnamese students.
