Dam affirmed that as Vietnam has experienced severe natural disasters and devastating wars, its people have always desired peace and freedom and pursued a dream of national prosperity.
He added that although the country is developing stronger than ever before, it is still a low middle income country compared to others. Therefore, each Vietnamese should contribute their efforts to turn their homeland into a prosperous country.
During the festival, participants had an opportunity to attend seminars on inspiring and orienting start-ups in high-schools and universities, forums on motivations for students to start their businesses in Industry 4.0 and students’ inspirations for start-ups and exchanges between businesses and students.
In addition, a space showcasing80 start-up projects of students in different fields, including science technology, finance, education, healthcare and business, attracted scores of students and businesses.
The highlight of the festive day was the final round of the contest, “Students with start-up initiatives in 2018” to find the most excellent start-up project among the 15 outstanding ones.
