Competition attracts over 130,000 participants
PANO – The fifth “Make Dreams Come True” competition took place in Ho Chi Minh City on April 23. The competition was organized by the Ho Chi Minh City chapter of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, and University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City.
Dang Vu Bao won the first prize with his dream of being an engineer
This year’s competition started from last October with the participation of over 130,000 students from Da Nang to Ca Mau. After three rounds, five finalists competed in various categories.
Dang Vu Bao, a student from Bao Loc High School (Lam Dong province) won the first prize with his dream of being an engineer. Accordingly, he received the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union’s Certificate of Merit, a full scholarship (worth AUD 75,000) from Western Sydney University, a Dale Carnegie Scholarship, and many other awards.
