Vietnam’s startups advance to semi-final round of startup competition
PANO – The Mekong Business Initiative and the Mekong Tourism Coordination Office have just announced that 11 tourism startups of Vietnam are qualified for the semi-final round of the Incubator Program for Startups (IPS) of the Mekong Innovative Startup Tourism (MIST).

The Mekong Business Initiative is a project funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). According to ADB, there are currently 250 tourism technology projects and traditional models applying for the Incubator Program for Startups and 11 startups of Vietnam advanced to the semi-final round.
The startups qualified for the semi-final round will join an IPS camping festival held from April 5-7 in Siem Riep (Cambodia). The four winners will receive awards worth USD 7,000 – 10,000.
