President Tran Dai Quang visits Nho Quan Convalescent Center
PANO – State President Tran Dai Quang on January 10 inquired after, presented gifts and extended New Year greetings to wounded and sick soldiers being cared at the Nho Quan Convalescent Center in Ninh Binh province.

The President wished them a happy New Year and confirmed that taking good care of wounded and sick soldiers who devoted part of their lives to the national salvation cause is always a consistent policy of the Party and State, demonstrating the Vietnamese tradition "When drinking water, remember its source".
President Quang also emphasized that the Party, State and people have always been grateful to martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers for their sacrifices and dedication to the nation.
He lauded the center for their great efforts and intensive care of the wounded and sick soldiers as their family members. He hoped that leaders of Ninh Binh province and Nho Quan district would continue paying due attention to and creating favorable conditions for the center to better fulfill their tasks. The Nho Quan Convalescent Center with 77 staffers is taking care of 155 wounded and sick soldiers, including 88 soldiers suffering from seriously mental disorder.
