The school named after General Vo Nguyen Giap

PANO – Company 78 of Army Corps 15 unveiled the Vo Nguyen Giap Boarding School in Mo Rai commune, Sa Thay district, the Central Highlands province of Kon Tum, on November 17th.

The two-storey school has eight classrooms, four dining rooms, and a meeting room for teachers and students.

Its construction cost VND 6.5 billion, including VND 3 billion from the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, or PetroVietnam (PVN), while the remainder came from Company 78.

Senior Colonel Nguyen Duc Thanh, Deputy Commissar of the corps, held that it is a meaningful present for local ethnic minority students, helping them continue their studies.
