The American Education Exhibition 2012 will take place in Hanoi and HCMC on March 15th and 17th, respectively.
This largest international education exhibition is organised in Vietnam twice a year by the Institute of International Education (IIE), one of the world's largest and most experienced international education and training non-profit organisations.
This year, the event draws the participation of more than 40 American well-known universities and colleges.
During the program, Vietnamese students and their parents have a good chance to meet with American school representatives to learn more about their courses, tuition fees and scholarships.
According to Ms. Helen Huntley, former Director of the IIE, most Vietnamese students choose the USA as the best destination for learning abroad for its education quality, prestige and internationally-recognised qualifications.
In recent years, Vietnam always has been at the top of the list of foreign countries in terms of the number of students studying in the USA. In 2011, Vietnam ranked 8th for the number of students at US colleges.
