PANO – Sappers of Lao Cai provincial Military Command in association with Sa Pa district’s Military Command have successfully defused a 340kg bomb in Sa Pa town, Sa Pa district.

The bomb with 1.14m length and diameter of 0.41m was found by workers while carrying out a project near Sa Pa Radio-Television. The provincial Military Command instructed sappers to work with Sa Pa district’s Military Command to localize the dangerous area and move the bomb to a remote area. 

Sappers successfully defused the bomb while ensuring complete safety.
