Before giving helmets to students and parents, traffic police in the district have checked and assess these unqualified helmets for drivers.
Police told people about the bad effects of wearing fake and poor-quality helmets which aren’t capable of protecting the user’s head as they are supposed to, and worse, they aggravate the user’s injuries in case of accidents.
The program is one of the content on the safety traffic festival themed "Being good parents means wearing helmets for your children" launched by the National Traffic Safety Committee.
