Party organization’s role promoted at Submarine Brigade 189

PANO - Brigade 189 is a modern submarine unit of the Vietnam People’s Navy. To help the unit complete the assigned missions, its Party organization was asked to be the key leadership force to direct all troops.

Over the past 10 years, the Party committees and chains-of-command of submarines have contributed to upholding combat strength of the submarine force, firmly protecting the sacred national sovereignty over seas and islands.

The People’s Army Newspaper would like to introduce some images of Party members doing missions on their submarines.
