The art performance titled “Vietnamese heart” in Singapore

500 Vietnamese youth and overseas Vietnamese studying in Singapore took part in an art performance titled “Vietnamese heart” on November 3 in Singapore to raise funds for storm victims in central Vietnam.

Besides singing and dancing performances, the audiences were impressed by images about the storm No 6, which hit the Central provinces of Vietnam last month.

Many Vietnamese students from Singapore universities such as SIM, NUS, SMU, MDIS in Singapore and Lam Truong, a famous Vietnamese singer, attended the event.

Le Huu Nhan, an organiser of the programme, said that they expected to raise about 5,000 SGD (51 million VND), and the sum would be sent to storm victims in central provinces through Tuoi tre newspaper.
