Border guards support local policy beneficiaries
PANO – The Border Guard Command of Ho Chi Minh City and relevant units handed over three houses of compassion to needy border guards facing with housing difficulties.
The recipients are non-commissioned officers: Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Van Hai, Major Vo Dinh Thanh, and Major Ngo Van Bien at Naval Squadron 28 of the Border Guard High Command.
The construction of the three houses cost VND 180 million, contributed by the Ho Chi Minh Road Management Board.

* On February, doctors of the Binh Dinh provincial Border Guard Command provided free medical examinations for people in Hoai Hai commune, Hoai Nhon district.
The team offered free medicines and presented gifts to 80 national contributors and poor fishermen in the commune.
The local residents were also provided with medical counseling, learned about disease prevention, and knew how to care for their health.
* The same day, the Gia Lai provincial Border Guard Command held an exchange to commend contributions of its female members to the development and task performance of the force.
Since 2018, the Women’s Union chapter under the command has actively supported local women in developing their household economies.
