Border Guard Command extends Tet greetings to MR4
PANO - A delegation of the Vietnam Border Guard Command, led by its Political Commissar Lieutenant General Do Danh Vuong, visited and extended Tet greetings to the Military Region 4 (MR4) Command.

On behalf of the delegation, General Vuong reported the outstanding achievements of the border guard force over the last year.
Amid the complicated developments of the COVID-19 pandemic and natural disasters, the force has overcome difficulties to both firmly protect national border sovereignty and prevent and control the COVID-19 pandemic while effectively fighting crimes and ensuring social order in border areas.
General Vuong affirmed that while implementing tasks, the border guard command has always coordinated with and been supported by the MR4 Command. He hopes that the region will continue creating favorable conditions for the border guard force to fulfill its missions in protecting national border sovereignty.
For his part, Political Commissar of MR4 Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung also acknowledged the support of the Border Guard Command in implementing tasks in the region.
On the same day, the delegation visited and extended Tet greetings to the Ninh Binh provincial Border Guard Command, asking the unit to maintain combat readiness to protect the 13th National Party Congress and the 2021 lunar New Year while ensuring a happy and safe Tet for its troops and people in border areas.
