Anti-COVID-19 forces in Dak Lak inspected
PANO – For the two days of June 4 and 5, a delegation from the Dak Lak provincial Border Guard Command, led by its Political Commissar Senior Colonel Pham Huu Chien, inspected and encouraged troops in action in border areas.
Accordingly, the troops at COVID-19 checkpoints have implemented all pandemic prevention and control measures and maintained patrol at key positions along the borderline.
Senior Colonel Chien hailed the troops’ great efforts in overcoming difficulties to ensure COVID-19 prevention and control in harsh weather conditions.

In addition, he asked leaders of border stations in the areas to take care of troops to help them effectively perform their tasks. He also requested the troops to raise vigilance in all circumstances and closely work together to promptly accomplish their assigned missions.
On this occasion, the delegation announced the Ministry of National Defense’s and the Vietnam Border Guard Command’s promotion decision for 34 officers.
Meanwhile, three groups and eight individuals with outstanding achievements during an emulation movement welcoming the elections of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels in the 2021-2026 tenure were also honored at the event.
