PANO – Japan’s Niigata International Volunteer Center (NVC) in association with the Student Assistance Center of Ho Chi Minh City has presented NVC scholarships to 52 needy Vietnamese students with excellent academic results in the city.
Accordingly, the scholarship of 10,000 yen per year will assist students with the essential expenses of their study.
Since 1998, together with granting more than 1,000 scholarships totaling VND 2.8 billion, the organization has given encouragement to students in need and provided assistance for them to study English.
