The Party official commended the positive trajectory of bilateral ties between the two parties and nations, especially following the recent state visit to Vietnam by Party General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping in April.

Based on the growing ties, cooperation between the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee’s Inspection Commission and the Communist Party of China Central Committee's Commission for Discipline Inspection has been continually strengthened, he said.

Ngoc said that fostering sustainable and long-term ties, enhancing political trust and deepening substantive cooperation with China remain a consistent policy, an objective requirement, a strategic choice, and a top priority in Vietnam’s foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, multilateralization and diversification of relations.

On this basis, he expressed his hope that China would maintain regular high-level and all-level exchanges, including joint work between the two Party inspection commissions. The official proposed China step up the sharing of experiences in inspection, supervision, and anti-corruption efforts, while promoting collaboration in personnel training.

Ngoc further expressed his wish for close coordination in organizing the Year of Vietnam-China Humanistic Exchange celebrating 75 years of bilateral diplomatic relations. He called for joint implementation of a program on red journey for youth study tour as well as for Chinese support in sharing expertise for the building of a communist party museum.

The Ambassador affirmed the strong momentum of bilateral relations and noted that China is working to realize the common perceptions reached between Vietnamese Party General Secretary To Lam and Chinese top leader Xi Jinping, with the aim of elevating Party-to-Party and state-to-state relations to new heights.

He suggested both sides enhance the exchange of experiences on Party-building, theoretical and practical research and personnel training serving anti-corruption efforts. The diplomat vowed to promote exchanges and cooperation between the two parties’ corresponding agencies, especially the inspection bodies.
