Vietnam highly values Canada’s active support in priority fields of bilateral sci-tech cooperation such as development policy, energy, health care and environment, he said
He expressed hope that the two countries will continue strengthening cooperation in fields of shared concern. On the basis of the development of the bilateral comprehensive partnership, the PM wished that Canadian research organisations and Laval University in particular would devise more specific cooperation initiatives in scientific research and innovation.
