Condolences to Somalia on heavy losses in terror attack
President Tran Dai Quang on October 16 sent condolences to his Somali counterpart, Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed, on the heavy losses in the terrorist bombing in Mogadishu capital on October 14.

More than 300 people were killed in the truck bombing, and the death toll is predicted to continue rising as many people haven’t been found.
The country declared three days of national mourning following the attack.
