Microsoft VN and the Vietnamese Education and Training Ministry held a ceremony to sign an agreement to provide information technology training for teachers nationwide for the second phase (2007-2009).
Accordingly, Microsoft will hold courses on information technology for 2,000 – 3,000 teachers in schools nationwide. After that, the teachers will in turn give lecture to other workmates in their schools.
A total of 7,000 to 10,000 teachers is expected to be trained under the programme. In the first phase, the IT training programme was given to 4,000 teachers.
