The Metropolitan Vung Tau is a modern model urban area and has been designed by architect, Ngo Quang Hien (from the NQH architecture company), in cooperation with the Japanese interior decorator, Okura.
The project, covering 43 ha along highway 51B, next to the new administrative centre of Vung Tau City, will meet the needs for housing of between 8,000 and 12,000 people with 236 doublet villas, 21 VIP villas and 672 flats and a system of trade centres, office blocks, apartments, parks and schools, as well as all necessary services one would expect, with the technical infrastructure expected to be completed by 2012.
After signing sales contracts, buyers can ask the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) for loans with pay-back periods of between 15 and 20 years.
