The opening hour rates at major commercial banks remained rather stable.

Vietcombank trimmed both rates by VND 5, listing the buying rate at VND 22,690 and selling rate at VND 22,760.

BIDV and Techcombank kept their rates unchanged from August 14.

BIDV is buying the greenback at VND 22,695 and selling at VND 22,765, while Techcombank set its buying rate at VND 22,680 and selling rate VND 22,775 per USD.
