Craft Fair 2017 to be held in Hanoi
PANO - The Vietnam Trade Promotion Center for Agriculture, in association with the Vietnam Craft Villages’ Association, on October 31 held a press conference to launch the Vietnam Craft Fair (CraftViet) 2017 in Hanoi.
CraftViet 2017 will take place from November 9-13, featuring 250 booths showcasing products from 24 cities and provinces nationwide.
In addition, various activities such as workshops, music shows and cultural exchange programs will also take place during the event in order to attract more visitors.
Particularly, a renowned Vietnamese tea zone will be arranged to introduce top-quality tea and tea culture of Vietnam.
The fair is designed to seek investment to expand the scale of craft villages, to promote the potential of cultural tourism and rural trades, to restore and develop handicrafts, and to promote national identities in accordance with the new rural development policy and to create favorable conditions for the development of rural handicrafts in the process of industrialization and modernization and international economic integration.
The fair will be held at the Exhibition Fair, Economic Transaction and Commercial Area, No 489 Hoang Quoc Viet street, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.
