A delegation from the Center for Promotion of Imports from Developing Nations (CBI) in the Netherlands reportedly arrived in Hanoi on December 12th to hold discussions with Hanoi businesses on industrial production.

This is within the framework of a program, in which CBI has agreed to render support for Vietnamese businesses with the capacity to produce such exports to European markets as automobile spare parts, movement systems, steel manufacturing, rubber latex and machinery.

At the meeting, experts from CBI will introduce the contents and standards of the program to Vietnamese businesses which wish to export their products to European markets.

This will be a good chance for Vietnamese exporters to have meetings with CBI experts on technical and legal issues that have so far hindered their products from accessing European markets.

Competent Vietnamese businesses will be selected by CBI for further training, and will be helped to participate in international exhibitions and fairs, as well as being provided with platforms to meet European importers.
