Can Tho launches a working group for Japan
PANO - On Nov. 4, the Can Tho municipal People’s Committee and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI)’s Can Tho branch and Japanese Brain Works Group made a debut for “Japan Desk” on Nov. 4.

As part of the ongoing third Vietnam-Japan Trade and Cultural Exchange from Nov. 3 to 5 in Can Tho City, the working group was established as a bridge connecting Japanese businesses in the city and the local authorities.
It comprises 14 members with Vice Chairman of the Can Tho city People’s Committee Truong Quang Hoai Nam as its head and Kyoshiro Ichikawa, Director of I.B.C Vietnam Co., Ltd as its advisor. to provide information and supports to address the investors’ difficulties.
The group was tasked to guide and support Japanese investors and help them address difficulties, contributing to luring more foreign direct investment (FDI) from Japan.
